Healthy, vibrant communities do not exist without an active network of care organization’s combined efforts every single day. Community health centers and other local organizations provide critical services to those with immediate health needs. Associations and advocacy organizations create support networks, seek cures and pursue policies that broadly address societal issues such as barriers to access. Foodbanks and other direct service organizations provide food, shelter and essential goods.
Our team builds, enhances and maintain technology solutions – on the Salesforce platform – that network care organizations and connect services to those in need.
Technology is not a solution in itself. It relies on a dedicated, hard-working staff of care professionals. Technology can, however, magnify the impact of those professionals. Well-designed intake and processes for delivering service can increase efficiency and allow professionals to focus on their work – not grappling with ineffective systems. Our approach to overhauling systems can free up efficiency, rapidly launch new initiatives and ensure effective impact + outcome tracking.
The Craftsman team was a pleasure to work with, taking the time to understand our specific needs. The system designed allowed for one-click reporting to meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requirements.
