Employee Ownership

We remain committed to creating a more fair, just and equitable world through the work of our clients but also by modeling our values within. Employee ownership is a natural extension of those values. Our employee ownership has three primary pillars.

We will remain:

A mission-based firm in perpetuity.

The founding documents ensure the firm will continue its work with nonprofit and public sector organizations.

An employee-centered business.

CTG has placed its employees at the center of our business.

Committed to revenue-sharing.

As a social-sector entity, CTG is a modestly profitable enterprise. Profits beyond those needed to sustain the firm, are shared among the employees.

To learn more about Employee Ownership we recommend the resource of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) of which CTG is a member. To see opportunities to join our team, please visit our careers page.

Employee Ownership in Our Words

To me, the initiative to make CTG an employee-owned company is a way of saying the employees matter to the company and that there are and will be efforts made to make CTG a great place to work.

It is an opportunity for each of us to realize greater value in our work via both financial benefit and advancing our mission. I came to CTG to work somewhere which both paid the bills and gave me a consistent way to contribute to doing good in our communities.
