Effective project management can be the deciding factor between project success and failure. A well-run project is more likely to meet objectives, gain stakeholder buy-in, and complete on schedule and budget. We specialize in ensuring yours is a well-run project.

There are three specific services lines that represent our Project Management practice:

  1. Project Management:  We can provide you with a Project Manager that will oversee your project from end-to-end. This will likely include building a project plan, aligning resources, facilitating discussions, communicating project status, and the many other elements in-between. Project Management represents the most comprehensive service offering and may involve dedicating a full-time resource to your endeavor.
  2. Project Advocate: We can provide the role of Project Advocate on an existing project to share external expertise as a complement to the existing team. An advocate may be brought in to specifically facilitate aspects of a Change Management Plan, review key project deliverables, or contribute in other ways. An advocate may participate part-time throughout the project or join the team briefly to help with specific challenges.
  3. Solution Coordination: We can facilitate large projects where multiple project managers or vendors must work together around a shared set of objectives. Solution Coordination may involve facilitating a cross-project task force, managing escalations or issue resolution, aligning methodologies, evaluating risk and change across a portfolio, or otherwise ensure that different parties are all moving in the same direction.

Project success or failure is often determined by the decisions made at the very beginning. A successful project is one that is backed by a solid business case, selects and deploys the correct tools, is backed by a comprehensive implementation plan, and is able to transform business process in support of the new project.
