On July 1, 2022, CTG became an employee-owned small business. Its mission is to provide outstanding technology services to social sector clients – to see technology as a vehicle for social change. With the transition to employee ownership, CTG expanded its governance structure to include a Board of Directors.
This board includes two seats elected by and from the employee-owners at CTG, two filled by appointment of external members, and one seat filled by the founder and current CEO.
BJ retains a board seat as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CTG. He began CTG in June of 2015.
At CTG he is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the firm as well as a host of other duties. Previously, he held senior services roles at Heller Consulting and in professional services at Blackbaud. Prior to working in nonprofit technology services, BJ worked on a wide range of grassroots campaigns for nonprofit organizations across the country. He holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Dave was elected by his fellow employee-owners. Dave has been with CTG since 2022. He has been a Client Success Manager, Associate Director of Managed Services, and Director of Services at CTG.
Before he joined our team, Dave built his career in operations, customer success, and systems management. He worked for an array of technology companies that served entrepreneurs and television networks. He founded his own web development firm and co-founded an adventure race company.
Erin was elected by her fellow employee-owners. Erin has been with CTG since 2021. She has been a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst at CTG.
Before her time here, Erin spent her career working in development operations and database/Salesforce administration, managing a Salesforce implementation from the client side in her most recent role. Erin has worked with GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD), Boston Children’s Museum, and other fantastic nonprofit organizations. She has a BA in Journalism from Northeastern and holds multiple technical Salesforce certifications.
Noa is an appointed member from outside the firm.
Noa is a long-time entrepreneur and advocate for small businesses. She is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of GoodBread, a company working to make more capital available to the millions of entrepreneurs largely overlooked by the current banking system. She previously served as the President and CEO of the Upstate Capital Association of New York and as the Founding Manager and Advisor of the Hudson Valley Startup Fund.
Win is an appointed member from outside the firm.
Win, the President and Founder of Sycamore Associates LLC, is a sustainability, treasury, and risk expert with over 30 years of experience in her field. She has worked with a wide array of client companies crafting solutions and improvements across the array of risk, capital markets, financial technology, and ESG landscapes. Prior to forming Sycamore, Win had a progressively responsible career in corporate banking at NBD Bank and subsequent organizations to JPMorganChase.
