Client Success Manager (Salesforce)

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) serve as the primary link between our firm and our clients, supported by a team of consultants and analysts. Each CSM typically manages a portfolio of 6–8 nonprofit organizations and is responsible for directing the work of their assigned consultants and analysts. Deep Salesforce expertise is required, along with experience supporting complementary technologies.

Technical Analyst (Salesforce)

Technical Analysts are technology experts who help define requirements, recommend solutions, and perform testing and configuration on the Salesforce platform and related supporting technologies. Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications are required, either upon hire or within the first few months of joining the team.

Technical Consultant

Technical Consultants address larger, more complex challenges and often serve as the senior technical resource on a project. They bring deep technical expertise, with demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce customization, integration, and automation.

Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role, you will work closely with our Data Architect and Senior Director, Technical Services to deliver analytics-focused solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for working closely with a team of Business Analysts, Technical Analysts and Client Success Managers to deliver analytics solutions and guide clients through the entire analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data discovery to data modeling, visualization and ultimately implementation and ongoing maintenance.

  • Full-Time, salaried staff. We are a group of nonprofit technology professionals – not a loose consortium of contractors. We provide competitive salary.
