Congratulations to Vered Meir and Andrew Shoaff on being re-elected to Craftsman Technology Group’s Board of Directors!

Vered is one of two staff representatives on the board and she was elected by her fellow employee-owners. Andrew is one of two board members from outside the firm and was elected by his fellow board members.

Both will join for a two-year board term after completing their initial term for the board’s inaugural year.

Vered is currently the Senior Director of Managed Services at Craftsman, leading a team of over 20 nonprofit technology professionals.

Andrew is a Technology Executive who has led customer success teams for much of the past ten years.

As an Employee Ownership Trust, our Board of Directors ensures that employees have a clear say in the firm’s direction, policies, and commitments.

Our board upholds three pillars of our employee ownership model. Our small business will remain mission-based, employee-centered, and equitable in perpetuity.

There are currently 46 employee-owners of Craftsman Technology Group. Staff members become employee-owners after 1000 hours of service (roughly six months) with the firm.

Vered and Andrew re-join Erin Semagin Damio (employee-elected board member), Karen Collins (external representative), and CEO BJ Cortis.
