New Board Member: Erin Semagin Damio

Congratulations to Erin Semagin Damio on being elected to Craftsman Technology Group’s Board of Directors!

Erin was elected by her fellow employee-owners and has been both a Technical Analyst and Business Analyst at Craftsman since 2021.

“I’ve really loved being a part of this mission-driven organization working for the past couple of years. I’m excited and honored to represent my colleagues/fellow employee-owners in this new role.”

Before her time here, Erin spent her career working in development operations and database/Salesforce administration. In her most recent role, she managed a Salesforce implementation from the client side.

Erin has worked with GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD), Boston Children’s Museum, and other fantastic nonprofit organizations.

She has a BA in Journalism from Northeastern and holds multiple technical Salesforce certifications.

Our Board of Directors is a crucial piece of our employee ownership model, ensuring that employees have a clear say in the direction of the firm. Erin joins Vered Meir as the other employee-elected member, along with external board members Karen Collins and Andrew Shoaff, and CEO BJ Cortis.
