2019 Salesforce World Tour: Three Reasons to Attend

Every year Salesforce hosts World Tours in major cities worldwide. The first domestic stop of the 2019 World Tour is in Craftsman’s hometown of Boston, followed by New York and Washington D.C. At each stop regional customers, partners, and representatives will come together for a day of learning and connecting. In this post, we explain three reasons why users should attend the World Tour: professional development during breakout sessions, exploring innovative solutions at the Customer Success Expo, and countless networking opportunities.

Breakout Sessions + Topics

Professional development may be one of the most compelling reasons to attend the 2019 World Tour. There are over 100 breakout sessions and trainings covering a wide variety of subjects. Topics include Salesforce administration, careers, automation, analytics, digital experience, and many others spanning across technology, sales, human resources, compliance, and marketing. Put simply, there is something for everyone. World Tours provide a dedicated day of learning and professional development for every role, and comes at no cost to your organization.

Customer Success Expo

The Customer Success Expo is an opportunity to discover and experience products created by Salesforce and their partners. Featured solutions are built to support or enhance an organization’s use of Salesforce through the improvement of business processes. Attendees will have the opportunity to see solutions in action, and often test their usability and functionalities first-hand. The size of the Customer Success Expo can make it overwhelming, so attempt to seek out solutions your organization has been looking for. Once you’ve found the necessary solutions, take the time to explore other products that can help your organization grow.

Network + Connect

The Salesforce community is vast. Because the World Tour is accessible to all customers and partners, it brings together an impressive group of Trailblazers. It is no surprise that there is a strong focus on networking and making connections. The diversity of attendees enables meaningful conversation and continuous learning across every aspect of the event including – but not limited to – receptions, trainings and the Customer Success Expo.

Summary + Conclusion

The 2019 World Tour will undoubtedly provide a heavy dose of all things Salesforce including updates, news and enhancements. Attendees should also expect a day of learning new skills, discovering innovative solutions and connecting with peers.
