BJ Cortis, Project Principal, of Craftsman Technology Group shared Craftsman’s “5 Points of Project Readiness” at the monthly NTECH meeting on June 21, 2016. In the presentation, BJ discussed the importance of a clearly defined vision, understanding of people affected by the project, assessment of data and process, recognition of policy and parameters within which the project must operate, and a clear sense of the organization’s capacity to navigate the work ahead.
